Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character in the film Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk are the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright as well as director, and she teaches drama at St. Thomas University. In 2009, she was cast in the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. Silk was expecting while filming the finale of the third series. Silk announced her pregnancy to fans during her Showcase Season Three pre-show special on 6 January 2013. Silk confirmed via Twitter on June 20th 2013 that the show was coming back for a fourth season of production. The fourth season began on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures.
